Methadose side effect was reported by a Health Professional from NORWAY on Sept 27, 2005. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with dependence and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, chest pain What is  chest pain, dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, palpitations, torsade de pointes. Methadose dosage: 185 MG, QD. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, fall What is  fall, head injury, heart rate decreased, loss of consciousness, syncope, tonic clonic movements. Methadose dosage: 450 MG, Q D. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Methadose dosage: 60 MG, QD. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, blood culture positive, blood magnesium decreased, blood phosphorus decreased, blood potassium decreased, dizziness What is  dizziness, ejection fraction decreased. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACYCLOVIR, ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE, AMOXICILLIN, RANITIDINE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, bundle branch block left, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, coma, dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram t wave inversion, fall What is  fall, grand mal convulsion. Methadose dosage: 80 MG, Q, D, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
