Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 04, 2005. Female patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 15.00 lb, was diagnosed with poisoning  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, bradypnoea, cyanosis, glasgow coma scale abnormal, loss of consciousness, mydriasis, narcotic intoxication. Methadose dosage: 10-15 MG, ONE TIME ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE, PAROXEITNE, VENLAFAXINE, MIRTAZAPINE, DOXEPIN. Patient died on 03/01/2005.
