Methadose Side Effects Report #4700950-2
Methadose side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on June 13, 2005. Male patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with pain What is  pain and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, bradycardia, cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrolyte imbalance, extrasystoles, hyperhidrosis, hypocalcaemia. Methadose dosage: 140 MG Q 6 HR PO. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, IV HYDRATION, IV HYDROMORPHONE, IBUPROFEN, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, SPINAL ANALGESIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, bradycardia, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, extrasystoles, palpitations, syncope, ventricular extrasystoles. Methadose dosage: 150 MG, QD ~ ONE YEAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 30, 2006. Male patient, child 6 years of age, was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: base excess abnormal, blood ph decreased, bradycardia, brain oedema, cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebral infarction, electromechanical dissociation. Methadose dosage: unknown. Patient died.
