Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 14, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, agitation, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood sodium decreased, confusional state, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, electrocardiogram t wave abnormal, electrocardiogram t wave peaked. Methadose dosage: 700 MG, DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anoxic encephalopathy, cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, pneumonia , sinus bradycardia. Methadose dosage: 130 MG, Q DAY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, TRAZODONE, OLANZAPINE. Patient died.

Methadose dosage: 130 MG, Q DAY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE, FLUOXETINE, TRAZODONE, OLANZAPINE. Patient died.
