Female patient, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain in extremity, breast cancer , urinary tract infection  and was treated with Methadone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , diarrhoea, febrile neutropenia, mental status changes, nausea . Methadone dosage: 5 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with SUNITINIB, PACLITAXEL, CIPROFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE, VENLAFAXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, LORAZEPAM, CALCIUM WITH VITAMIN D, FISH OIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
