Methadone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 15, 2007. Male patient, weighting 191.1 lb, was diagnosed with post herpetic neuralgia and was treated with Methadone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, hyperhidrosis, loss of consciousness, miosis, pupillary reflex impaired. Methadone dosage: 5MG BID (PO). During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN, GABAPENTIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, DONEPEZIL, SIMVASTATIN, TAMSULOSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
