Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , metastases to bone and was treated with Methadon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , condition aggravated, intervertebral disc disorder, musculoskeletal pain, pain in extremity. Methadon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN, MOTRIN, ZOMETA. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , breakthrough pain and was treated with Methadon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pain , phantom pain. Methadon dosage: 30MG. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROMORPHONE, GABAPENTIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, CELECOXIB, FENTANYL, MEMANTINE. Patient recovered.
