After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, haemodialysis, hypotension, lactic acidosis, malaise, renal failure acute, vomiting. Metformin dosage: 2000 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with IV CONTRAST MEDIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
