Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with metastatic pain and was treated with Metastron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, cholecystitis, disseminated intravascular coagulation. Metastron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRAMUSTINE PHOSPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
