Metamizole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 14, 2007. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, grand mal convulsion, nausea What is  nausea and was treated with Metamizole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, porphyria, rhabdomyolysis. Metamizole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PARACETAMOL, DIAZEPAM, HYOSCINE N BUTYLBROMIDE, DICLOFENAC, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
