Metamizole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 08, 2007. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with pain What is  pain, rheumatoid arthritis What is  rheumatoid arthritis and was treated with Metamizole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bicytopenia, candidiasis, circulatory collapse, mouth ulceration, myelodysplastic syndrome, pharyngeal ulceration, pharyngolaryngeal pain, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, staphylococcal sepsis. Metamizole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, STEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
