Metamizole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 14, 2007. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with abdominal pain
, grand mal convulsion, nausea
and was treated with Metamizole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, porphyria, rhabdomyolysis. Metamizole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PARACETAMOL, DIAZEPAM, HYOSCINE N BUTYLBROMIDE, DICLOFENAC, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
