Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Metalyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, chest pain , dysphagia, haematemesis, mediastinal haematoma, odynophagia, oesophageal mass. Metalyse dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENOXAPARIN, HEPARIN, ASPIRIN, LOSARTAN, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
