, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematoma, head injury, hypoxic encephalopathy, loss of consciousness, periorbital haematoma, wound haemorrhage. Metalyse dosage: unknown. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, shock haemorrhagic. Metalyse dosage: 40 MG (,ONCE), IV. During the same period patient was treated with KLEXANE, CITALOPRAM, ASPIRIN, SELOKEN ZOC, ZOPIKLON SCAND PHARM, LEVOTHYROXINE, FOLACIN, BEHEPAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/29/2005.
