Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with electrocardiogram st segment elevation and was treated with Metalyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , electrocardiogram st segment elevation. Metalyse dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/17/2008.
