Metadate side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 13, 2005. Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Metadate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , depressed mood, depression , headache , intentional self-injury, self-injurious ideation, skin laceration. Metadate dosage: 20MG INCREASE TO 40MG EVERY MORNING PER ORAL THEN 20MG TWICE DAILY PER ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, depression , incorrect dose administered, intentional self-injury, mood swings, skin laceration. Metadate dosage: 20 MG/D PO. During the same period patient was treated with METADATE CD, METHYLPHENIDATE, NAPROGESIC. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, anger, anxiety , hair plucking, homicidal ideation, intentional self-injury, psychotic disorder , self mutilation, suicidal ideation. Metadate dosage: 30 MG. Patient recovered.
