After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , chest discomfort, depression , dyspnoea, suicidal ideation. Metadate dosage: 40 MG /D PO. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, TRAZADOL, TOPAMAX, ASTHMA INHALER. Patient recovered.
