Female patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Metadate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, atrioventricular block complete, cardiac murmur, chest discomfort, mood altered, panic attack, weight decreased. Metadate dosage: 20 MG /D PO. During the same period patient was treated with METADATE CD, METADATE CD, METADATE CD, ORAL CONTRACEPTION. Patient recovered.
