Mestinon side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 21, 2008. Female patient, 26 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and was treated with Mestinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: glaucoma , ovarian disorder, pregnancy , premature baby, tooth loss. Mestinon dosage: 60 MG;TID;PO : 60 MG;PRN;PO. During the same period patient was treated with EXEDRIN, VITAMIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , congenital genital malformation female, ill-defined disorder, premature baby, underweight, urinary tract malformation, vaginal disorder. Mestinon dosage: 60 MG;TID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
