After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion induced, amniotic fluid volume increased, pregnancy , uterine hypertonus. Mestinon dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion induced, amniotic fluid volume increased, congenital cerebellar agenesis, dandy-walker syndrome, foetal disorder, pregnancy , uterine hypertonus. Mestinon dosage: unknown. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: glaucoma , ovarian disorder, pregnancy , premature baby, tooth loss. Mestinon dosage: 60 MG;TID;PO : 60 MG;PRN;PO. During the same period patient was treated with EXEDRIN, VITAMIN. Patient recovered.
