Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and was treated with Mestinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , bronchitis , cardiac arrest , condition aggravated, cyanosis, dyspnoea, hypoxia, myasthenia gravis, obstructive airways disorder. Mestinon dosage: 480 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with RETINEC, GLUCOPHAGE, STILNOX, FLAXIPARINE, TEGELINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dyspnoea, fatigue, myasthenia gravis, product counterfeit, product quality issue. Mestinon dosage: 2 - 60MG T.I.D. ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LANTOS, NOVLIN R, PEPCID, CYMBALTA, PREDNISONE, HYDROCHLOROT, PROTONIX, TOPROL. Patient recovered.
