After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, neuromyelitis optica, pyrexia. Mestinon dosage: 120 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, BACLOFEN, NEURONTIN, DURAGESIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
