Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and was treated with Mestinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking What is  choking, condition aggravated, dysphagia, therapeutic response decreased. Mestinon dosage: 60 MGS Q4-6 HOURS ATC PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anger, asthenia, choking What is  choking, condition aggravated, coordination abnormal, dysarthria, fatigue, feeling abnormal. Mestinon dosage: 30 MG EVERY 2 HOURS PO. Patient recovered.
