Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with ocular hypertension and was treated with Mestinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block. Mestinon dosage: 60 MG; BID; PO. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, RISEDRONIC ACID, DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
