Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with crohn's disease , schizophrenia and was treated with Mesalazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, haemoglobin decreased, tachycardia. Mesalazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, METRONIDAZOLE, DEPAKOTE, CLOZARIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood fibrinogen increased, c-reactive protein increased, condition aggravated, erythema nodosum, gait disturbance, infective myositis, muscle swelling. Mesalazine dosage: 1500 MG QDAY. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
