Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Mesalazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: allergic granulomatous angiitis. Mesalazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with URSODIOL, SALBUTAMOL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: allergic granulomatous angiitis, arthralgia, blastocystis infection, bone marrow eosinophilic leukocyte count increased, cerebral ischaemia, emphysema, fungus stool identified, hyperacusis, iiird nerve paralysis. Mesalazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SALBUTAMOL, URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
