After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neutropenia, pyrexia. Merrem dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 205.5 lb, was diagnosed with cholangitis, peritonitis, pain , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, contraception and was treated with Merrem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, neutropenia. Merrem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DARVOCET, ACIPHEX, BIRTH CONTROL S. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eosinophil count increased, neutropenia. Merrem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, BETOPTIC, CARVEDILOL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CLONIDINE, EPOETIN ALFA, HYDRALAZINE, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
