Merrem side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 17, 2005. Female patient, child 11 years of age, weighting 77.60 lb, was diagnosed with neutropenia, pyrexia and was treated with Merrem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, cough, exanthem, flushing, jarisch-herxheimer reaction. Merrem dosage: 20 MG/KG TID IV. During the same period patient was treated with TARGOCID, FUNGITZONE, AMBISOME. Patient recovered.
