Merrem side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 17, 2005. Female patient, child 11 years of age, weighting 77.60 lb, was diagnosed with neutropenia, pyrexia and was treated with Merrem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, cough, exanthem, flushing, jarisch-herxheimer reaction. Merrem dosage: 20 MG/KG TID IV. During the same period patient was treated with TARGOCID, FUNGITZONE, AMBISOME. Patient recovered.

Merrem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 08, 2008. Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with bronchitis , lung infection, cystic fibrosis, pancreatic insufficiency, asthma  and was treated with Merrem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, diarrhoea, nausea , pain , pyrexia, rash macular. Merrem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ULTRASE MT, PULMOZYME, ALBUTEROL, FLOVENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
