Meropenem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 21, 2006. Male patient, 89 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Meropenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: mouth ulceration, renal failure, stevens-johnson syndrome. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, ALBUTEROL SPIROS, THIAMINE. Patient recovered.
