Meropenem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 31, 2007. Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis , systemic mycosis, immunodeficiency common variable, gastric ulcer, graft versus host disease and was treated with Meropenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal, renal impairment. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMBISOME, ITRACONAZOLE, MODACIN, GAMIMUNE N, OMEPRAZOLE, PREDONINE. Patient recovered.
