Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 119.5 lb, was diagnosed with psoas abscess, pyelonephritis acute, back pain  and was treated with Meropenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephritis interstitial. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN, LOXONIN, MENAMIN, CEFAMEZIN. Patient recovered.
