Meropenem Side Effects Report #5937195-4
Meropenem side effect was reported by a Physician from INDIA on Oct 25, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with infection , breast cancer  and was treated with Meropenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, dizziness , hypotension. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAMOXIFEN, TRAMADOL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , colitis, dehydration, diarrhoea, hypotension, nausea , pseudomembranous colitis, pyrexia, tachycardia. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, CLARITHROMYCIN, COLOMYCIN, INTERFERON GAMMA, INTERFERON GAMMA, MINOCYCLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
