After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, deafness neurosensory, dizziness , renal failure acute, tinnitus . Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AZITHROMYCIN, GENTAMICIN, TOBRAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
