Meropenem Side Effects Report #5067817-4
Meropenem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 13, 2006. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, gastritis, osteoporosis , hyperphosphataemia, hypertension, insomnia, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Meropenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardio-respiratory arrest. Meropenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GASTROM, GLAKAY, CALTAN, DIOVAN, DEPAS, MEVALOTIN, PRERAN. Patient died on 05/19/2006.
