Meropen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 27, 2006. Male patient, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , duodenal ulcer perforation, sedation, upper respiratory tract inflammation and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver disorder, sepsis , toxic epidermal necrolysis. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAL, PROPOFOL, PANSPORIN, TAKEPRON, TOCLASE, VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/25/2006.
