Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 60.63 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, depressive symptom, parenteral nutrition, gastric ulcer, ileus, diabetes mellitus, trace element deficiency and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal, platelet count decreased, pyrexia. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOLEDOMIN, TRIPAREN NO, AMINO ACID, GASTER, PANTENYL, HUMULIN R, CHLORIDE, ELEMENMIC. Patient recovered.
