Meropen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 11, 2005. Male patient, 81 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , cardiac failure, hypertension, hyperuricaemia, benign prostatic hyperplasia, cervicobrachial syndrome, gastritis and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, loss of consciousness. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE, DIOVAN, NORVASC, ZYLORIC, HARNAL, DEPAS, MYONAL, GASTROM. Patient recovered.

Meropen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 10, 2005. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , epilepsy , hypopituitarism and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, convulsion. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, CORTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
