Meropen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Sept 05, 2006. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with lung abscess, cerebral infarction, gastritis, constipation  and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coagulopathy, staphylococcal infection . Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, NICORANDIL, SYMMETREL, ACINON, ALOSENN. Patient recovered.
