Meropen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 06, 2006. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis What is  sepsis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, cholangitis, lung disorder and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholangitis, hepatic failure, hepatitis What is  hepatitis, jaundice cholestatic, respiratory failure. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBENIN, NEUART, PENTOCILLIN, MAXIPIME, ELASPOL. Patient died.
