Meropen Side Effects Report #4742865-X
Meropen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 11, 2005. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection, atypical mycobacterial infection, medical diet, pneumonia  and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , interstitial lung disease, liver disorder. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EBUTOL, CRAVIT, FLUCALIQ, BESTCALL. Patient died on 01/27/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, convulsion. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, CORTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 100.3 lb, was diagnosed with cellulitis , pruritus and was treated with Meropen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood pressure decreased, coma hepatic, condition aggravated, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic failure, hepatitis fulminant, hypoglycaemia, pneumonia . Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BROACT, SEDIEL, CLINORIL, CALCIUM CARBONATE, BAYASPIRIN, PROTECADIN, INDERAL LA. Patient died on 12/11/2004.
