Meronem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWITZERLAND on Nov 02, 2006. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with sepsis
, cellulitis
, tooth abscess, shock and was treated with Meronem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, confusional state, multi-organ failure, necrosis, peripheral ischaemia, septic shock, superinfection, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Meronem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, TIENAM, VANCOCIN, VIBRAVENOES, XIGRIS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/27/2006.
