Female patient, weighting 39.68 lb, was diagnosed with precursor b-lymphoblastic lymphoma and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiovascular disorder, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatic failure, oxygen saturation decreased, peripheral coldness, pyrexia, respiratory distress. Mercaptopurine dosage: 3510 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
