Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with retroperitoneal fibrosis, desmoid tumour and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatotoxicity, laboratory test abnormal, retroperitoneal fibrosis. Mercaptopurine dosage: 100MG. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, TAMOXIFEN CITRATE, TAMOXIFEN CITRATE, FUROSEMIDE, MORPHINE, SPIRONOLACTONE, NADOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, METOPROLOL, QUINAPRIL, ASPIRIN, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
