Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 162.0 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, dizziness , erythema nodosum, fatigue, headache , muscle spasms, myalgia, nausea , neck pain. Mercaptopurine dosage: 50 MG 1 X/DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with PRISTIQ, ZYRTEC, ZEGERID, CYMBALTA, XANAX, FIORICET, DARVOCET, RELPAX. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, asthenia, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, gastrointestinal ulcer, headache , pharyngolaryngeal pain, white blood cell count decreased. Mercaptopurine dosage: 50 MILLIGRAM ORAL. Patient recovered.
