Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 225.1 lb, was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, flatulence, gastritis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematochezia, hypophagia, nausea What is  nausea, pancytopenia. Mercaptopurine dosage: 50 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
