and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: b-cell lymphoma, brain mass, coordination abnormal, epstein-barr virus test positive, facial palsy, grand mal convulsion, inguinal mass, loss of consciousness, movement disorder
. Mercaptopurine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INFLIXIMAB, MESALAMINE, PANTOPRAZOLE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LOPERAMIDE, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.Mercaptopurine Side Effects Report #4982654-4

Mercaptopurine dosage: 100 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, VINCRISTINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
