Male patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, cystinosis, fanconi syndrome, corneal deposits and was treated with Mercaptopurine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, renal cell carcinoma, renal failure, renal failure chronic. Mercaptopurine dosage: 50MG. During the same period patient was treated with CYSTEAMINE, ELECTROLYTE REPLACEMENT, ELECTROLYTE REPLACEMENT. Patient recovered.
