After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diabetes mellitus, pancreatitis, renal failure. Mercaptamine dosage: 1200 MG;DAILY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, AZATHIOPRINE, CYCLOSPORINE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, AMLODIPINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, CYSTEAMINE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with MERCAPTAMINE BITARTRATE, MERCAPTAMINE BITARTRATE, INSULIN, INSULIN ISOPHANE BOVINE, SOMATROPIN, CALCIDIOL, EPOETIN BETA, SACCHARATED IRON OXIDE. Patient recovered.
