Mepivacaine side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Oct 24, 2005. Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombectomy, local anaesthesia, arterial bypass operation and was treated with Mepivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acquired diaphragmatic eventration, blood pressure decreased, delayed recovery from anaesthesia, dyspnoea, horner's syndrome, oxygen saturation decreased, paresis, sensory level abnormal. Mepivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, NIFEDIPINE, SALBUTAMOL. Patient recovered.
